April is the Month of the Military Child, and in honor of our military-connected students and families, the Bossier Chamber of Commerce Military Relations Committee is hosting the Purple Up T-Shirt Design Contest! 💜
The contest is open to students of all grades, with categories for K-5, 6-8, and 9-12. Show your support and appreciation for our military students and families by submitting your unique design.

Sun City 1st Quarter Honors Assembly is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 25th. First Grade starts at 9:10, Second Grade at 10:10, and Third Grade at 11:10. Teachers will send a notice home with any student receiving an award at the assembly.
Calling All STARS!
Sun City is excited to host our 2nd annual Talent Show on November 21st at 6:00 PM—and we need YOU to shine on stage! Whether you sing, dance, play an instrument, juggle, tell jokes, perform magic, or have any other special talent, this is your time to show off your skills.
Auditions will be held on November 7th after school for those who wish to participate. Paper copies of the attached permission slip will be sent home with all students this week. Parents should SIGN permission for their student on the paper form AND complete the digital Google Form to sign students up to participate.
