Announcements 2-18-15

Rambeaux Outreach Group will be holding a meeting Thursday after school at 2:30.

Juniors – If you plan on participating in the Ring Ceremony that will be held on May 8, you must complete and turn in an information form.  These forms are available from Ms. Correro, Ms. Grooms, Mrs. Vrbka, Ms. Cannon, and Mrs. Finimore at school.  Information forms are also available on the AHS website.  Please see Mrs. Finimore in room A-3 with any questions.

Ring Ding will be on May 8, 2015.  Cost is $10.  To participate in Ring Ding you must turn in an information form and the $10 fee to Mrs. Finimore in A-3.  All forms and fees are due by April 29th

Juniors – Please bring your pictures (baby and current) for ring ceremony to Mrs. Finimore in A-3.  If you have any old or current group pictures bring them, too.

Attention Algebra and Geometry students – Do you need help? Are you sinking in math? Come get help from another student.  Mu Alpha Theta members are tutoring in room E-10 after school every Tuesday.  Don’t sink.  Come learn to swim.

PBIS Drawing is Thursday.  Turn in your VV’s to Ms. Semdani during your lunch time.  The deadline is Thursday at 2:30.  The winners will be announced Friday morning.

Junior Beta members check your Remind 101 or come see Mrs. Smith for information about your MANDATORY Project.  Senior BETA’s are also welcome to participate.

Seniors – Interested in joining prom committee?  The first prom committee meeting will be held on Thursday, February 19th at 7:00 a.m. in Mrs. Pearson’s room.  (J-3)  At this meeting we will decide on the theme for the 2015 prom.  Remember, your prom will only be as good as you’re wanting it to be, so come and bring your best ideas.  See you then.

It’s almost that time of year again.  Cheerleading try-outs are just around the corner.  Mark your calendars:  Any girl interested in becoming an AHS cheerleader needs to make plans to attend the MANDATORY meeting with a parent on Tuesday, February 24th at 6 p.m. in the Airline library.  Cheer information packets will be available to pick up outside Ms. Bryant’s room B-2 after Presidents’ Day beginning February 17th.  Eligibility requirements will be listed in this packet.
